CALL FOR STUDENT PARTICIPATION – Erasmus+ WE-MIND Project,  Workshop in Porto, Portugal

The University of Sarajevo invites applications from students interested in participating in an international workshop within the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education project WE-MIND (Wellbeing and Mental Health in Higher Education through Digital Innovation), funded by the European Union

One student from the University of Sarajevo will be selected to participate in a three-day co-design workshop hosted by the Instituto Politécnico do Porto in Portugal, in from July 1st to July 3rd. The workshop will bring together students, academic staff, and technical experts from higher education institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, and the European Union to contribute to the development of a multilingual digital mental health platform for university students.

The selected student will:

  • Represent the perspectives and needs of UNSA students;
  • Participate in discussions and collaborative design activities;
  • Contribute ideas for digital mental health support services, resources, and student engagement strategies;
  • Collaborate with international participants on the development of innovative and culturally sensitive mental health solutions.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Enrolled student at the University of Sarajevo;
  • Interest in student wellbeing, mental health, digital technologies, education, or related fields;
  • Good communication skills and ability to participate in discussions in English;
  • Motivation to contribute to improving student mental health services.
  • Experience with web design or similar technologies

Financial information:
Travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs are covered by the project. However, participants will be required to initially cover their own expenses and will be reimbursed in accordance with Erasmus+ project regulations after submitting the required documentation.

Application procedure:
Interested students should submit:

  • A short motivation letter (maximum 500 words);
  • A brief CV.

We encourage applications from students from all faculties and departments. The selection process will be based on motivation, relevant interests, and the potential contribution to the project objectives.
